Why Use One-Click text Message Buttons?

More than ever, I am seeing a huge success rate when mobile text message is being used. Prospects are starting to catch on to the automation behind email webforms and are not always willing to add their “required” email address. However, I have been coaching my clients to use text messaging as a way for customers to contact them and the results are awesome.

Why Does One-Click Text Messaging Work?

50% or more of your web traffic is mobile traffic. A mobile user is on the other side of your website looking at your services. If you give them a way to contact you with ONE-CLICK, the odds go way up in having them reach out to you. Oh, and by the way, if you refill out their message to you, it becomes even easier for them to contact you. It is simple One Click Text Messaging is easy to do for the prospect, and it is less threatening. Ever wonder why Amazon switched to a One-Click Purchase? When was the last time you were excited to fill out a contact form? Further to my point, when was the last time you received a webform submission that wasn’t spam? Haha, I am being facetious. Webforms still have their place, but my point is  that it is easier to one-click text message me. 😉

Your Contact Us Page Should Have One-Click Message / SMS

If you set up your one-click text message button, you will also be able to set up a one-click email button and a one-click phone call button. All of these buttons should be located at the very top of your Contact Us Page. You can see how I laid out my contact us page at Agency511.

How to add other One-Click Contact Buttons

Replace the URL Link with the following code links to achieve this:

• One-Click Phone Call: Tel:+13201234567
• One-Click Email Message: mailto:youremail@company.com
• One-Click Text Message: sms:+13201234567&body=… Use Decoder/Encoder Tool

There you have it. That should get you well on your way to a modern Contact Us Page!
