COVID-19 Policy & Protocol for Agency511

CoVid-19 has clearly reshaped how many of us choose to do business. As a business-to-business company, Agency511 Marketing and Advertising will continue to practice and follow the guidelines slayed out by the Governor and the CDC (Center for Disease Control). It is our obligation as a civil organization to remain obedient to the guidelines established by the Authorities. We are hopeful that all these guidelines will continue to keep our clients safe and encourage a safe environment for those who work with us. 

Employee Office CoVid-19 Regulations

Our offices will remain open to employees, but not to general public. For official office hours, please refer to Agency511’s Google Business Listing. Our office space is limited and would not allow for accommodations of 6ft of social distancing with our clients.  Employees are stationed in private/unshared closed-door offices. Allowing each employee room to work.  It is our policy to collaborate via network streaming devices. This policy will remain in effect until further notice. 

Business to Client Relationships

If Agency511 Marketing and Advertising is called to make an onsite visit. Each member of Agency 511 is required to wear PPE, such as a mask and is required to carry hand sanitizer (provided by Agency 511 Marketing and Advertising) with them on the call and use it frequently. There may be exchanges of documentation or goods. These goods will be required to sit for 48-hours in isolation if they are not able to be sanitized properly. So please expect minor delays should an item be required. It is preferred that Agency511 meet via Zoom or by way of a Phone Call, should services be needed. Agency511 Marketing and Advertising and it’s employees can not be segregated or treated differently should they decide a digital meeting versus an in-person meeting. 

Delivery of Project Scope Post COVID-19

The delivery of your project scope will be renegotiated and will not be delayed due to COVID-19, unless otherwise communicated in advance with each client. Such delays may occur with delayed photo sessions, video recordings, and other public related needs and services. Agency511 is not responsible for any trade shows or event cancellations due to the CoVid-19 Pandemic. All materials created for such public events remains the responsibility of the client. Third Party Apps and Services are the responsibility and subject to the Third-Party Terms of Service related to the CoVid-19 Pandemic Guidelines.
