By Adding a Partner Access to Your Assets
Adding a partner allows you to provide access to your business assets like Pages or pixels. It also provides access to your credit line. This does not grant either partner direct access to a specific Business Manager account, which keeps your Facebook account secure. You can eliminate this partner permission at anytime.

- You must have a Facebook Business Manager account
- You’ll need to send your account’s Business ID
- You’ll need to send your name and email associated with your business manager account
Step One: Login to your Facebook Business Account
Start by visiting https://business.facebook.com
- If you do not have a Facebook Business Account, take time to set one up and add a payment option.
Step Two: Click Business Settings
Once your account is active and has a payment option or credit line associated, then click on the blue button in the top right corner that reads, “Business Settings.”
Step Three: Click Pages Under Accounts
Click the Pages Tab in the left menu to select the business page associated with your ads account.
Step Four: Copy Your Business Manager ID
Copy your business manager ID number located below your business page name.
You will need to email this ID number, your name, and your email associated with the business manager account to your Ad Agency.
Step Five: Accept the Request to Partner with your Ad Manager.
Your Ad Agency will submit a request to partner with your ad manager page. You will need to accept the invitation. If ever your ad partner relationship were to disolve. You will be able to log back into your business settings, click on Partners under the User Menu and Delete the Permission at that time.
