Marketers embrace the relationships they have been gifted. We are not always called to be visionaries, destined to be the pilot. Once we have a grasp of the coordinates though, we instinctively recognize hurdles and potential set-backs that could lie ahead. Marketers copilot projects, fine-tune, and adjust the flight. Marketers trust in their training and plan accordingly. We are aggressive communicators, fearlessly leading from behind, never retreating, and willing to move forward at whatever the cost. Major Brands Pioneered

I started in the Radio Advertising world after selling campers at PleasureLand RV. In the radio business, I had the privilege to learn from guys like John Schroeder, who introduced me to Roy Williams and Jeffrey Gitomer. These guys are radio legends both locally and nationally. During this time, I was also accelerating growth in a direct sales Amway business and reading a book a week on leadership and sales principles. I studied relationships and fine tuned my people skills. Needless to say, I was growing my business 7 nights a week and usually out so late it made my mother mad. But I was young and always determined to hit my goals. In the Amway Business, I was quickly brought into the inner circles where I was being coached by Matthew Grotewold, Eddy Dehmer, and Mark Elsenpeter. These guys taught me how to think, they taught me how to delay, and most important, these guys taught me how to serve. Seven years later, after many ups-and-downs, I met a guy by the name of J.R. Burgess. I had never met so much passion and fire in my life. This guy was going somewhere, and I wanted to help him get there. This is when I joined Rejuv Medical as their 6th employee, keep in mind, I hounded J.R. for 7 months which included me pressing him for permission to shadow him for a day. At the time, I was still working for Restoration Professionals a Saint Cloud branch I helped grow to a $1.5 Million dollar branch the previous two years. At Rejuv, I went on to be the Co-Founder of Medfit with J.R. and Joel Baumgartner, M.D. to which we grew a large mastermind for Regenerative Physicians. Rejuv Medical later became a local regenerative icon, and in 2013, with the support of the community, we built a seven-figure state of the art clinical complex in Waite Park, MN. This is where I met Taggart Downare, through a few cups of coffee, we decided to venture off into the super competitive world of fitness products and we launched Rollga. In just 21-months, through amazing relationships and brand evangelists, we were successfully being sold in 54 Countries, 250+ Retail locations around the United States, and had over 65,000+ foam rollers in the market. It has yet to stop growing ever since. To sum it all up, I designed packaging, created brands, spoken from major stages, wrote books, written copy, built websites, produced videos, shot photos, taken orders, designed social media campaigns, launched grand opening events, sold ads, built automation, managed QuickBooks, spearheaded imports and arranged exports. My experience is vast, but NONE of this would have been possible without the working hand of God, the support of my wife, the grind from my partners and co-workers, the wisdom from my mentors and parents, and the 1,000’s of relationships built along the way. 511 is a number that reflects “New Beginnings and Transitions,” Agency511 is a company designed for emerging brands.
